Welcome to Digital Venture HQ L.L.C.. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Digital Venture HQ's relationship with you in relation to our digital marketing services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Acceptance of Agreement

You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement represents the entire and only agreement between you and Digital Venture HQ, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to our services.

Description of Services

Digital Venture HQ L.L.C. provides services such as Done-For-You Lead Generation Program, PPC, SEO, Website Design, and Google Business Profile Management.

Use of Services

The services provided by Digital Venture HQ are intended for business use only. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure that your use of our services does not negatively impact our ability to offer our services to others.

Payment and Refund Policy

As outlined in the Digital Marketing Agreement, a retainer fee will be charged for our services other than Website Design. All fees are due every 28 days and are automatically deducted from your payment method on file. The retainer fee does not include ad spend. Details regarding compensation, payment, and the refund policy are further elaborated in the Digital Marketing Agreement. For Website Design a 50% deposit will be required and the remaining balance will be automatically billed upon completion of the client sign off.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to complete initial and ongoing requirements as detailed in the Digital Marketing Agreement. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a delay in services.

Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Digital Venture HQ in the course of providing services, including ad copy, creative materials, and campaign strategies, remain the property of Digital Venture HQ. Clients are granted a limited license to use such materials solely in connection with the services provided. For website design services, clients retain ownership of the final website design upon completion and full payment.
